Chataeu - LTE/modem inactive after reboot

Hello together,

i recently bought a “Chataeu LTE 6”. Setup was straight forward and Internet over LTE is working fine.
BUT,the modem sometimes is missing after a reboot. Means, i need to reboot up to three times to bring the LTE connection active → RUNNING

Here is screenshot with a working LTE Connection. There is an information about the modem below the APN Profile and everything is fine.

Then after a reboot out of WinBox “System” → “Reboot” the LTE Interface is “INACTIVE”

I did NOT changed anything in the Config, just reboot.

I’m on “Router OS 7.18.1 - Stable” with the latest modem firmware.
Is there any more information that i could/need to provide ?

Did you manage to get this fixed? On my device, the modem no longer starts at all — it always stays in the "inactive" state.

You might want to start a new thread. If you're not running the latest stable RouterOS (/system/package/update/install), latest firmware/BIOS (/system/routerboard/upgrade), and latest modem firmware (/interface/lte/firmware-upgrade lte1 upgrade=yes) that be first thing to try as often aligning all the various versions fixes things.
