I recently purchased a Chateau 5G ax and so far it works fine. But there is one problem. If device looses power (For example I plug the power ) and later power on again, it boots fine, LTE/5G finds a signal (3-5 signal LEDs are also indicating signal). But it just won’t automatically connect. Blue led seems after some time to blink.
Log shows:
lte1 mbim: error: wdm send failed: busy
lte1 mbim: packet service: detached data class: 0, nwe: 27
lte1 mbim: register state: denied, gsm operator: 26201, Telekom.de, nwe: 27
But just simply deactivating LTE interfaces and re-enabling helps and after that, everything comes up. What could go wrong? I don’t understand, why the register state fails? Why a simple interface re-enable helps?
For example, via CLI (or manually with WinBox)
/interface/lte/disable lte1
/interface/lte/enable lte1
So what could be the cause here? Running RouterOS 7.17.2 stable. Newest LTE firmware is installed.
