Chateau 5G ax not accessible

Hello All.

Have problems with malfunctioning router.

Model: Chateau 5G ax

OS Win 11 Pro.

It started with problem that I could not log in to router with a default password.

After several resets, red diode started blinking. Now only leds blinking are red power diode and LAN diode.

Winbox shows the router as in screenshot and not accessible. I can’t get it to show on Netinstall. Cannot access the router in web page using ip 192.168.88.1 either.

SIM card i just tested and is working fine in another router.

In Netistall disabled all networks, made PC ip 198.168.88.2 and DHPC 255.255.255.0.

Please can you consult me how to get it right.

Click on MAC Address instead to try to use uselessly the IP,

the only way if you do not know the password is use netinstall.

Very big thanks to you! Now i got in router settings and solved the problem. Sorry for my amateur question.

You really saved my day. I thought I bricked that 600 EUR router…
