chateau 5G ax

Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum, and I’m approaching mikrotik for the first time, so I need some advice here. I currently have a 35/40Mbps down and 10/15Mbps Up internet connection. Copper/fiber to my ISP’s router. While waiting for FTTH to arrive, I was thinking of purchasing this mikrotik chateau 5G ax router, as 5G reaches very high speeds here, up to 600Mbps down and 150Mbps up. My thought is to have 2 connections, one physical and one 5g together, but I would actually like to use the 5g connection only for some known devices on the network, is this possible? I’ll try to be clearer, I have about 30 Shelly devices for home automation with a dedicated 2.4g wifi network, a 5g network for streaming TV (3) at home, a fixed gaming PC, 2 laptops and 1 tablet, these last PCs and tablets are connected to a third 5g wifi network. I currently have ISP>router>AP>mesh extender. Traffic management would be essential for 5G because it is limited to 300Gb per month by the tariff plan. Do you think this mikrotik router is right for me?
