Chateau 5G lights blue LED and dont working

Hi guys,
Please can you help me?
I have router Chateau 5G model: D53G-5HacD2HnD RouterOS 7.15.2 and about twice a month this router stops working.If I will check LEDs then only blue LED is there.
Router dont have configured IP.Its not reachable via winbox (via IP and also via MAC) and clients cant take any IP from DHCP.
Only a reset will help, hold reset button about 9 sec.Then router will have default config.
How can I find out what happened or what is the state of the router?

As a first step try to run next command in the terminal:

/system check-installation

If everything is ok with RouterOS result of the command is

"status: installation is ok"

.
If you get any other message indicating an error in some of the RouterOS packages then update to newer version or netinstall should help to resolve it.

@Xentar do a netinstall with latest ROS version, also upgrade LTE firmware after install. Maybe current installation is corrupted and it needs fs formatting. If problem sill occurs then can be related to hw issue.

I have there latest RouterOS and also latest LTE firmware.Its: MikroTik RouterOS 7.15.2

Actually latest ROS stable version is 7.15.3, that version have some patches related to LTE. Still it depends how current version on your device is installed, if is upgraded from prev. versions that upgrade procedure doesn’t do clean install on device, so if there is some corruption on system it will be persisted after upgrade. My suggestion was just a tip to try with netinstall which performs clean install which may solve issue but not necessarily. Also after netinstall it is better to apply configuration from rsc export, not from backup, to be sure that configuration is applied correctly for current ROS version.

FYI update: I made update to ver RouterOS 7.15.3 (recommendation from MIKTORIK support) and its stable now more as 2 months.
