Chateau 5G LTE Upgrade : 5G is gone and also cell-monitor

have a Chateau 5G, was happy about performance, then few hours ago I decided to upgrade modem firmware from RG502QEAAAR11A04M4G to RG502QEAAAR11A06M4G.

What a drama !! Now 5G SA is gone, furthermore B20 has disappeared and cell-monitor is not providing any output !! Is there a downgrade option ???
