Hello.

I’m thinking of buying Chateau 5G. I would like to know can I use my pfsense router, and use chateau only as a modem. But with access to winbox/webfig for configuring lte/5g connection.

You can just NAT
or you can use LTE APN throughput feature but for still have access to unit you must have additional access channel like vlan, wifi (separed ssid), dedicated ethernet port etc.
