Chateau LTE12 lte interface disappear (!)

Hello,

We use a lot of Chateau LTE12. Theses last days, we had 2 chateau LTE12 who have lost their LTE interface. I mean that the LTE interface don’t appear anymore in the interface list.

We have tried to reset and upgrade to 7.16.1 (including firmware update) but there is still no LTE interface…

Any idea ? Hardware problem ?

I would say: most probably. Give it a cold boot. If this does not help: contact your distributor.
