Chateau LTE12 RBD53G-5HacD2HnD lte,error lte1: no response for: AT E0 V1

Hi,

Connecting to the router I keep getting log telling there is no reponse from the modem.

01:03:13 lte,error lte1: no response for: AT E0 V1
01:04:04 lte,error lte1: no response for: AT E0 V1

The router os version that the upgrade took place on was 7.8 with the firmware version 7.0. I’ve updated routeros and firmware to 7.11 after the process, same symptoms. I also tried resetting by powering up with reset button held fo 5s but I believe this only resets configs and doesn’t do any firmware/factory reset.

I’ve seen some people having success with “reply timeout” message but in thoses cases modems seemed to get back online after rebooting or some time. I haven’t found anyone with “no response” issue.

I cannot recall the source and target modem firmware version. I also am unable to communicate with the modem at all since the interface doesn’t go up. The only thing I managed to get after reboot is the log.

Is there anything more I can try to debug the issue or try and reset firmware?

I can share more settings but I am not sure if it makes sense if the modem appears unresponsive.
