Chateau LTE12 RSRP flapping

Hello,

I just installed Chateau LTE12 router and trying to find the best location for it.

Previously I was using RB912UAG + R11e-LTE + 2,5m cable + mANT_LTE_5 on the roof and the speed was about 70/30MB.
The BTS is visible from my location and the distance is 1.8 km without obstacles .

When I run Chateau at ground floor level the transfer is about 70MB/9MB with really poor signal and in the same place my iPhone has 4MB DL.

Then on the roof level the upload is 2x better (20MB) but the download is terrible 10MB. At the same place my phone can reach ~100MB.

My idea is to connect Chateau with new directional antenna on the roof via 3m cable (like R11e-LTE) but I’m not sure if it will work. The question is - why the download is so weak in the place where signal parameters are better.

I checked the RSRP level and looks like the EG12 DRX param is flapping when the signal has better values.
