I am using a Chateau LTE12 modem, but I suspect that I am not getting the full internet speed that the tower can provide.
On my phone (Galaxy S21 Ultra), which uses the same operator as the modem, I receive speeds of 300-400 MBit/s from the tower, but on the modem, I only get around 60-70 MBit/s.
The modem indicates that the signal strength is excellent.
Where could the problem be?
Hard to tell from these screenshots. Speedtest do not tell us anything - just a proof what speeds you get. But we don’t know if both your devices connect to the same “tower”. And your phone - is this the 5G version? Not sure about specs, but the 5G version should also have CAT20 LTE capabilities. So quite a difference to LTE12. Many factors. Have a look at LTE cellular tab in Mikrotik App. CA Bands? Then install netmonster (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.mroczis.netmonster) on your phone and compare. Do both devices connect same cells? CA Bands and so on. Then you get a clue.
