Chatua LT12 -Lte not Working on V7.15.1

hi every one
i have Chatua LTE12 - and my router os was 7.12 and yesterday i updated it on v7.15.1 . so that router os alerted me to update modem frimware too and i do it
then lte interface after update was not working - i tary down grade it to low version os and i tried from 7.1. to 7.16 . but its not working
router know sim card . and when i search LTE Cell Monitor its found operator (attach-1)but its not running !!!
attachment 2 is Lte Apn
Attach 3 is interface
Attach 4 modem frimware

plz help me what i do

nothing . i’ve tested 3 simcard and that simcard work on mobile and have internet

try to disable “Use Network APN” in the LTE APN “shatelmobile” profile
also how many flash memory is left free on the device after the upgrade to 7.15.1? (had a similar issue on a Chateau LTE12 but i was able to resolve it after freeing up flash/storage space)

Unplug your Chateau’s power supply, wait 1/2 minute and replug. Maybe the modem needs a fresh boot.

I do it for 24 H . but its not working yet
