Cheapest way to bridge 10Gb SFP+ to 1Gb copper

I’m trying to find a reasonably inexpensive and low power solution to bridge my pair of brocade 10Gb SFP+ fiber switches to my 1Gb copper switches.

It seems all I can find is switches with lots of 10Gb SFP+ cages and no rj45 ports(or very few), or switches with lots of rj45 ports and only a single 10Gb SFP+ cage.

I’d be happy with 2 x 10Gb SFP+ and 2 x 1Gb copper ports… its really only to provide internet access. If I need high transfer speeds, I’ll plug directly into the brocades.

Hoping someone can point me to a solution I’ve overlooked. I can put sfp+ pcie card in my servers and run them as routers, but I’d like to have a more elegant solution.
