Checkbox "Secure Mode"

Hi!
When I launch Winbox, there is no checkbox “Secure Mode”, as explained in Manual:Securing Your Router
What can be whong?
I tried vervions 3.14 and 3.16 of winbox.

in latest winbox version you cannot turn off secure mode.
