Carefully unsolder this chip, and test if the Ethernet starts to work. It’s also possible that the port itself is damaged.

In that case, damage is bigger than just one chip. it’s possible that PHY KSZ8041 is damaged, replacing it could fix the issue, but it will be quite complicated.
