interface ether3 is SFP+ , INTEL X710

What happened and how to solve it

Same problem on 7.17x with HW SP333 NIC with Cx4Lx chip,seems only happen with some NIC modle but not specific chip,I have a Cx4131a 40Gbps NIC with Cx4Lx chip with out this problem
