I’m baffled by RouterOS CHR 7.15 (or any recent v7) when i tell it to reboot (or upgrade), it will just shut down (power off) the VM. Does anyone have a clue what I’m doing wrong here? Any work arounds? Thank you! 
Look ha / vm-host rules and also check events about it. I didn’t see like that problem at my cluster. Also load another CHR and test against it if new one has same symptoms.
This is standalone ESXi without HA configguration or clustering.
