CHR as PPPoE RAS - Xeon 4208 - 3000 tunnels - Feasible?

Hi, we have to setup a RAS with PPPoE for some 2000-3000 users using CHR.
As we don´t have any experience in CHR would like to ask the community whether someone has tried a setup like the following, with success:

  • Dell R450, Xeon Silver 4208, 540-BBVL (Broadcom 57412 DP dual 10GB SFP+), CHR on Proxmox VE.
    2000-3000 PPPoE users (speeds 10 to 100 Mbps)

Do you think that be OK ?

Yes that will work great!

You can also split it over 2-4 2116 and save power and have redundancy
