CHR do not support hardware acceleration (AES-NI)?

Hello,

I create l2tp ipsec tunnel (sha1 aes-128-cbc) Encoding: cbc(aes) + hmac(sha1)
It work, but without hardware acceleration: show E (E-ESP) instead of EH (E-ESP H-Hardware AEAD)

ESXi 6.7, CHR 6.42.5
