I got problem with Dual CPU E5-2680 v4 @ 2.40GHz, 28 core total (without Hyperthreading).
If only use 14 core in Esxi (14 core in 1 socket), btest to 127.0.0.1 can reach 330 Gbps.
But if I use all cores in Esxi (28 core in 2 socket), btest to 127.0.0.1 can reach only 160 Gbps.
I only host 1 CHR in this hardware.
What’s wrong with this ?

Dell R630 with Dual CPU E5-2680 v4 @ 2.40GHz & RAM 64GB
Esxi v8
ROS v6.48.7
Please help this problem.
