CHR for PPPoE Concentrator

I wonder if anyone tried CHR on a Dual-Xeon Server as a PPPoE Concentrator for 7000 PPPoE tunnels with 7000 simple queues passing 7gbit/s.
Is it possible to achieve such a setup with CHR ?
