I hosted my CHR on the Digitalocean VPS and purchased the L4 license from the CHR. After a few months of use, I noticed that the System ID of the CHR has changed which caused the loss of the license I paid for.
I would be happy to know why CHR System ID changed on its own and how to fix this problem.

I don’t know why it changed and how to prevent it from happening again. But on the upside, CHR licenses can be moved, so it’s not lost, it’s still in your account and it can be assigned to new ID. Also, the only problem caused by missing license is that CHR can’t be upgraded, but everything else works.
