CHR in vCenter Cluster, problem with VM Migration

Hi guys, I have a VCENTER cluster with 2 ESXi7 servers with a VM RouterOS CHR 6.49.6 inside

If I migrate the machine from one Host to another I then have to enter WINBOX and switch the interface off / on again otherwise the interface does not respond to the PING (it does not work)

What could it be due to?

I state that it is not a VLAN or Port Mapping problem, after turning them off and on again everything works correctly

I did further tested it is an ARP problem .. the notification to the switches in the vcenter portgroup is active. The problem does not always appear, to solve I saw that I don’t even have to disable the interface, I just need to empty the ARP table of RouterOS …
