Hello, I created a CHR instance and used the 2-month free trial until it expired today. I am trying to upgrade it using a prepaid key, but it is not working. It loads for about 2 seconds, then stops without doing anything. When I try to pay directly, I get the error ‘Could not start the transaction’. Please, I would be grateful for your help

If you do not do this before the system deadline time, the trial will end and you will have to do a complete fresh CHR installation
I encountered this issue as well and it was quite easy afterall to just export the config, destroy the CHR instance and make a new one, and import the config again.
At least when you do not have certificates, because they do not appear in the export.
