Hi I need some guidence, i have taken over a CHR from supplier and need to get the Device licensed against my account, The CHR is still licnenced against their account. How would i go by getting the Licensed CHR to a trial license on my acoount without reinstalling everything ?
CHR license is account based. There is no way to move licenses. They need to log-out in the CHR installation, you can then log in with your account and license it from your account.

Thank you for that, how would they logout from the CHR instllation? I have limitied knolawage of CHR this would be the first time im wokring with it directly.
Sorry my mistake, changing account is not possible at all. Your only option is to export config, make a new CHR install, tie it to your account, license it, then import config.

Thats no ideal as im a distance away from the location, thanks for that, let me make arrangements accordingly. Thank you for the support. 
CHR is a virtual router, distance should not be a factor. All you need is SSH access
The way the network was setup i require the CHR to be online to reache the IPMI of the VM server, i will need to make adjustments to the VLAN routing that i can reache the server without locking myself out. 
I always air on the side of caution.
