CHR Renew License Error

Hello, I have CHR running in vSphere 6.0. Before I’ve successfully activated trial license, purchased P1 license, and it running atm without any problems.
Now I want to get 3 more P1 licenses, so I started new CHR, its “free” license now. I hit “Renew”, and I get “Connection problem” or “Error: handshake timeout(6)”.
Is there any problem in licensing server from Mikrotik or should I look for problem from my side?

I wondered if i could get more detailes using terminal, and here we go. I don’t remember this VM to be used be4, but I got answer for my question only after I used terminal.

I’m sorry, it appeared to be maintenance @ network equipment I wasn’t aware of, that caused massive packet loss.
Everything works fine.
