CISCO 2960G and SXT G-5HnD Vlan Problem

Hi there!

I’m fighting with an inusual issue.

We have a CISCO 2960G (1000 Mbps,X-MDI support, etc.).

We use the VLAN 3 as “administration” VLAN so it has an ip in that VLAN (192.168.3.1)
We’ve configured two gigabit port in access mode just in this VLAN.

We’ve created a new bridge interface and we’ve added the wlan1 and the eth1 ports to the bridge. After that we’ve configured an ip attached to the bridge (192.168.3.2)

Then we’ve connected a Laptop to the other access vlan 3 port with the ip (192.168.3.3).

And we’ve noticed that the laptop and the switch can ping one each other but any of then can ping the mikrotik equipment.
If we connect directly the SXT and the laptop we can reach the sxt.

Note that:
We’re using the original PoE.
If we connect the SXT and the Laptop to other switch the can ping one each other.
We’ve tried creating a new vlan 3 interface in the SXT attached to the eth port and configuring the port in trunk mode, allowing the vlan 3 with not success.

Could it be something related with the CISCO Vlan tagging protocol? I’ve tried to use 802.1q for vlan tagging with it’s not supported in this CISCO switch.

THANKS!!!
