I would lile migrate a existing cisco 3825 running L2VPN to a routerboard product, most likely the RB1200. However I want to be certain I can terminate the L2VPN sessions from our DSL customers. Any help on this would be appreciated.

We currently use a mix of Cisco and MikroTik for our LACs.
When we use the MikroTik we have them setup as a PPPoE server and forward RADIUS auth / acct to our RADIUS server. Works fine as long as your not using the Cisco AV-Pairs as the attributes will vary.
