classless route

hi i need a complete hex code of my network kindly someone please help me to resolve it

my network is 10.113.138.188/21
gateway= 10.113.136.1

route address is 10.101.8.0/22
gateway= 10.113.136.1
so kindly let me know the hex code into code option 121 please.

i tried this and i made it. but sometimes its not giving the gateway address. sometimes sending a bed subnet
i am getting mad.

0x160A6508000A71880100A718801 its not accepting by mikrotik which is i created. so kindly someone please make
a working hex code for me please.
