Clearing Outages - What am I missing?

If you deactivate polling on a device, but a service on the device was down when you deactivated it why is the outage still active. Is there a way to clear the outage without removing the service from the device?

ich have the same problem.
Is there a solution to delete active outages?

… We found a workaround:

  • open the Device Settings - Services
  • disable the Service
  • remove the Service (this will be resolve the outage)
  • undo removing the Service

now you can go to the Outage and remove the resolved
