Client change AP in CAPsMANv2 without necessary

I configured CAPsMAN v2 with guide from the internet. Everything works well but sometimes clients change AP and I don’t understand the reason. As I see this MAC was on CAP302 with a good signal but this device change AP to CAP304 with worst signal. Why this happens?

Changing APs is a client decision. Not much your APs can do about it.

I have this error on my windows laptop sometime. Maybe it’s related to problem above. Can I configure something in mikrotik to increase this time.
