Client not connecting to Server over Remote or Secure

Hi, first off all i need to say this is a really great tool, monitoring is up now with notifications and working great.

I installed Dude Beta2Version4 (as a service) on W2000 Server. The local client connects fine, the webserver is running, but I am not able to connect to it from a dude client on another machine using remote or secure.

Remote connects, then client says Getting Stuff, rx counter goes to zero after a few counts and that’s it. I’ve waited for about ten minutes.

Secure connect gives Error: Connection Closed

Anyone any suggestions here?

Maybe you have some firewall in between or on W2000 Server? Does the web
access work?

Web access works fine, that’s why i’m puzzled

same problem here, stil didnt found solution…
client is windows xp sp2, firewall disabled…
beta3 worked just fine…

can you reproduce this behavior with fresh configuration?
If not it would greatly help if you send us your export file
