Client tx limit does not appear to work

I have tried this out now on several RB333s running 3.2 and 3.4 OS. The AP tx Limit seems to work fine, but it doesn’t seem to matter what value I place in the client tx limit. It still acts as if it is not limited. Any suggestions?

What version of Mikrotik are the clients running? Client tx limit only works with Mikrotik clients..

We found this same problem. We even sent support files to Mikrotik. They continued to claim “it works here”, yet I tried on 3 different AP’s with different clients (all running RB’s with ROS). We could never get it to work, so we had to go back to using simple queues to limit traffic.
