i have a problem i have rb150 router with v3.9 i have network 12 peoples who use internet some cheaters change them ip address. can i lock ip to them mack address that they cud not change ip. the problem is that they make big traffic. can some one help me thanks 
Put the inside ethernet in arp reply only and after that put static arp in /ip arp
