Well i know for starters that the noise floor of 0 is wrong. What version of MT are you running? It looks old and maybe needs to be updated before you attack other issues such as the card being faulty…
you DO have authentication set up since you require it on your acess list - right?
i have default authentication → OFF because i have an access list
if i have default authentication ON or OFF it doesn’t matters i think… i can’t see ssid in the air… i can’t connect to the MT.
when i do a scan it detects several signals, ones from AP from 40kms… so i think the ant and cables are good.
and if you see the Traffic graph… Rx is allways in 0…
suggestions?
annn i’m using MT2.9.28 + RB532 + Senao 200mw
Hi, Friend
if client want to connect to AP, identity e.g: [SSID=1111 Band=2222 Freq=3333] that clients must be same indentity, or you make VirtualAP with one phisical wireless card but direfence SSID only, as far as i know SSID is mean workgroup on air, as your images report if you want know your AP you must scan other location, when your AP status running scan you are cann't see itself, cause your AP is "viale2" you can try scan from [viale1 or viale3] i think is possible to can see [if you are sure radio, cable antenna, and connector very good conditions], if not we can't help you to see it
note: is viale1 and viale3 yours?
your viale1,viale2 and viale3 all diference freq.
i post an scan image only to show the ant connectors are ok…
then i stop scan, and i can’t see viale2 ssid from clients… i do a site survey from clients and viale2 (MT ssid) doesn’t exists
i don’t know what to do to fix it
Hai Friend,
Ok,......... my asumse you understood with group networking on air, now is possible your RF radio isn't out from the antenna, as far as i know running scan[monitor without transfer data] you can run without tighten feed or connector connect to phisical antenna, but for transmite [TX-RF] you need perfect complete all, you must tighten pigtail and connector. last year ago we had same problem.
we have MT and other products as AP and Station, until now all my APs and Stations is works fine...
otherwise, when your device work fine, AP or Station by Mikrotik can see hide and unhide APs. ![]()
i don’t why maybe this features from Latvia, good…and nice
PROBLEM FIXED
the senao card has 2 ant connectors for diversity… my ant was connected to the wrong one…
yes yes i know what you are thinking… don’t say it jaajaa
