Clients' internet going down with no apparent reason

Hello,

I need your help on an issue we’ve been recently having. We got a CRS112-8p-4s hosting two Point-to-Mutlipoint antennas (Ubiquiti Rocket ac gen 2) and one Point-to-Point Uplink to the main network. One of the antennas is having this weird issue where all clients lose internet connectivity and the antenna is unreachable (I cannot even ping it from within the switch!) at random moments within the day (usually happens 5 or 6 times a day and last about 20s to 1m). Neither the antenna nor the switch produce any log message and the interface shows no down states (working properly at 1000mbits full duplex). The clients do not physically disconnect from the antenna they just lose connectivity to the network and hence the PPPoE server and the internet. The switch and the other antenna work completely fine when this issue occurs (no increased CPU or memory usage).

So far, we have changed the radio, the cable connecting the switch with the radio, tried to power the antenna using its factory PoE injector instead of using the switch, changed the port on the switch and upgraded the CRS to its latest stable firmware all of which were basically hail marys considering that this exact kind of setup is used elsewhere in the network without any problems whatsoever (even firmwares match) and that the other connected antenna is working fine.

Can you please let me know if you have any possible causes in mind? At first, I thought of a network loop caused by one of the customers but that would bring down the other antenna and the switch as well (they are in the same vlan). Also, a loop would cause increased CPU/memory consumption (correct if I’m wrong) which isn’t the case. I am also going to post something similar to the Ubiquiti forum and see what they have to say about it. Please let me know if you have anything on your mind and thank you so much for your time
