Clients Shoot beyond their [limit] pegged value

Help needed urgently.

I use v2.9.50 for my BW shaping and we just found out that some clients shoot beyond the values they were limited at. That implies that the Target UpLoad/DownLoad pegging is not working for some clients and working for some. I limited on the General and also in the advanced etc yet its wouldnt limit the clients. Pls what can I do to keep all my clients on the pegged limit for both upload and download. Plssssssssssssssssssssssss help immediately!

Like I said I use v2.9.50 and I limited the said clients like I did for every other on the WinBox SimpleQueue/General to a TargetUpload Max Limit of 64k and DownLoad Max limit of 128k. Added values also on the Burst, BurstTreshold and time. Future implemented also on the Advance setting but still clients over shoot the pegged limit to upto 350k. We use live IPs for each client. The bandwidth pegging/limiting was working fine for all clients until recently, about 3 of them started over shooting the limited value. Hope I am able to explain the problem. Pls assist!!!

Can good spirited guys help me out of the mess before something terrible happens. This problem has become a case for universal concern. Sincere tnx from my heart in advance.

  1. Try to set only max-limit for the queue simple.
  2. Check torch for the users, who are overusing the bandwidth.

I have set only max-limit for the simple queue and observed it for upward of 1 week but they are still over shooting their limit. I have check torch for the users, who are overusing the bandwidth and all I can see is the trafic running from the IP. These seems not to solve the problem. Are there other things I can do to make sure that every pegged limit to every user is not overshot by some while other do not overshoot. It is worrisome. Tnx in advance!
