We have 2 CCR’s in production now, one that runs our NOC and another at a very busy traffic point!!! They are amazing. We are upgrading our backbone to 1gb…I was wondering how well will the CCR handle this compared to our Cisco 6000..
SO questions is Will the CCR handle well has a EDGE router?
We have 2 1G/sec internet connections
So we ran a band width test via the two routers.
It connects via 2 X 1 G/sec fiber and the connection is on the other end quit a distance away.
It is two complete different ports …
I was amazed to see 1G full duplex no problem.
Must be honest that was the not limit of our fiber converter it actually limited at 1.2 G full duplex.
Was a little shell shocked after that
