Cloud Not active in pppoe client

My internet Line is PPPoE client and shared line.I use RB951-2n (mipsbe)

when i update my cloud option in my router then show

status: updated
warning: DDNS server received request from IP 103.230.63.XXX but your local
IP was 10.123.43.XXX; DDNS service might not work.

That mean you are behind ISP NAT.

Are you able connect form outside to your 103.230.63.XXX ?

No i am not able to connect this IP from outside.

10.x.x.x is a private network. We have the same situation in Malaysia where certain ISPs will use private IPs which will not be directly addressable from the internet. I guess they don’t have enough public ipv4 addresses to give out. The solution here is to request a public IP from the ISP.

But if i use public ip then i don’t need Mikrotik Cloud, then i access via my public ip. So no any way ??? :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
