Cloud Router Bricked after firmware update

Dear all, sorry that this has to be my first post but I really need help.

I have a CRS326-24G-2S+RM Cloud Router and I used WINBOX to update look for a firmware update for the device. It prompted me to update to 6.48 which I did.

After a reboot, the router would not connect to anything. I cannot even connect to it through it’s Mac address.

Restarting and resetting the unit doesn’t help either.

What else can I do? Thanks in advance!

Try using netinstall. You may also try a different power supply.

Thanks for the reply. I tried netinstall, which successfully loaded the latest stable firmware into the router (it showed “ready” next to the router).

However after a reboot, the router can’t be detected by Winbox. I tried plugging into the WAN port and other ports. WAN port (ether-1) is the only port that shows blinking lights. No activity on the other ports.

it’s “ready” only when it’s “OK”
if is “ready” is waiting to netinstall…
