Cloud ???

Whole day (today: monday) cloud is having problems

:do { /system backup cloud print } on-error={}
:do { /system backup cloud remove 0 } on-error={}

script error: Server error: Backend error. Try again later.

Winbox → files → cloud backup, right click, remove will fail silently


tested with 6.47.x, 7.x

what is going on ?

Maybe MT staff started to implement new Controller on existing infrastructure ??? and it is too much ?

From 2 to 3 days cloud is creating troubles

Looks like cloud backup recovered.
No more issues at today’s run.

I currently have trouble with backup cloud.

[admin@router_azumi] /system backup cloud> upload-file action=create-and-upload password=xxxxxx
  status: Connection error

failure: Connection error

But ping works on cloud2.mikrotik.com

There is still a problem ?

I also have a constant connection error to cloud backup but only from one of my router. All the other have no problem except the usual temporary service failure that we all noticed on cloud backup once in a while.

From the problematic router I can ping cloud2.mikrotik.com, the mikrotik ddns service works, the download and upgrade of new firmware works too.
There is nothing in my firewall rules that would block output connection from the router.

Any ideas why this specific router would have constant connection error?

Perhaps it does not have a valid serial number or was a known stolen router??? Just guessing.
