Combo Ports - CRS312-4C-8XG+

Can’t get combo ports to light up. I have 4 different CRS312 on my desk, trying a combination of the following:

  1. 2x MT RJ01 (cable between)
  2. 2x MT S-31DLC20D (lc single mode jumper known good between)
  3. 2x FS.com SFP1G-LX-31 (lc single mode jumper known good between)

I’ve tried forcing 1gb/s speed, I’ve tried rebooting, I’ve tried forcing “sfp” on both interfaces… nothing I’m doing here will cause the link to become active. Running 7.7.

I happen to have 2 FS.com 10gig LRM modules. Plugged in with defaults and links light up.

Any hints on how I can get 1 gig links to work on these devices? I need this for a project lighting up in 9 days and if I can’t use these it’s gonna not be good times.

Back-rev’d 2 devices to 6.49.7, linked up as soon as they booted.

Back rev’d 2 devices to 7.6, links up.

How do I submit a “ticket” to investigate the link issue with 7.7?

Yeah saw that after a colleague showed me. Regardless, I still need the 1gig fiber modules to work. This isn’t solved, but I did submit a ticket.
