Command to restart Cable Modem

Hi,
I´m using this script to try restart my Cable Modem using Mikrotik Scheduller, but it´s not working:

:log warning “Motorola Modem reboot issued”
/tool fetch url=“http://192.168.100.1/reset.htm?reset_modem=Restart+Cable+Modem” keep-result=no

If I issue this command in my Web Browser:
http://192.168.100.1/reset.htm?reset_modem=Restart+Cable+Modem

My Modem restart in 10 seconds…

aren’t you supoosed to log in to the modem first?
