Communicating to outlook server port 993 with IMAP

Hi,

I have a problem with my messaging application client.
My application needs to communicate with outlook messaging server using port number 993 (imap-mail.outlook.com)
But, it can’t. It’s blocked by my mikrotik router.
I followed differents issues proposed by the forum but any solutions doesn’t work.
I create further NAT rules in IP/Firewall with differents parameters.
I add address port to walled garden but nothing working.
The port number is 993. The domain name is imap-mail.outlook.com.
I can’t change the port number in my application. I am obliged to use use this.

Remove everything you have added or changed and start to debug the issue.
There are NO rules required to allow any outgoing connections in the router.
When you don’t understand the workings of the firewall, start off by bringing it back to its default setting. That will work for you.
