I have mikrotik hexlite in my office and 1 PTCL ADSL in my other office which is in other City, i have no VPN configured or anything else, i want to communicate between two Cities, from Office A to Office B. i have Static IP in Mikrotik Office A and also Static IP in PTCL Office B. I want to communicate between two offices, actually i have two major needs in communications,
First of all one folder which is shared in all clients in Office A and i want to share that folder also in Office B,
Secondly is it possible to add Office A network printer in Office B site? mean Office A can direct print to Office B IP printer?

Yes you can share the folder as well as the printer through the VPN connection …
actually in Office A site have Mikrotik router and Office B site have only PTCL ADSL, Office B have no mikrotik or any other router, there is just 5 persons in that office,
you said both sites, so please tell me how to create VPN connection in PTCL ADSL?
OR any other way to make communication between Office A to Office B.
Install a Mikrotik on the other site as well and then you can create a VPN between both sites…
Or you could create a VPN Client on each of the 5 computers with the VPN Server of the Remote site that the Mikrotik exists…
The wiki has plenty examples of VPN connections…
For example, L2TP can be used for Road Warriors and for site-to-site Tunnel as well https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/L2TP
