Communication problems on the same network!

Good morning, I have four mikrotiks in a network, the network topology is below:

In Switch Campo the “Clientes” interface has the following network that is dynamically assigned by a VLAN from 802.1x, 10.6.16.0/20, this vlan is created on the Edge Campo router, and this router has an Edge EOIP VPN Tondela, on Tondela Edge the settings are the same as the Campo Edge the only difference is that the network is 10.6.0.0/20, the DHCP mask on each edge for the vlans is a / 19 and the routes are correctly configured. (I think). But for some reason Campo Edge Vlan customers can’t communicate with Tondela Edge Vlan customers. However if I separate the network from the genre in a vlan get 10.9.0.0/20 and another from the other router get 10.6.0.0/20 (and reconfigure the routes) they already see! The only problem is that the mask is a / 20 and in the case of a LAN SCAN I wanted it to see that it is a / 19 to be able to test all the network.

Probably this explanation was confusing because the network is complex! But any doubt is just asking! Thanks!
