I have a project in my university so they asked me to make a comparaison between MikroTik and ISA server as i suggested MikroTik to implement and they don’t know it they only know ISA server .. so
what Can MikroTik do and ISA server Can’t and VICE versa i don’t see that is a good comparaison as MikroTik is a Router but it’s needed
ISA server is a little different kind of software, it provides some things more, but also it lacks a significant number of RouterOS features. I think it’s not possible to compare them directly. And ISA is more expensive anyway.

the price isn’t a problem as our university is a golden partner for Microsoft so they can get any Microsoft Software for free , yeah i know the comparaison is quite hard as they’re different but it’s demanded so i did a little and i hope people who use both can help me

i will point to some misunderstandings in your document about RouterOS
Proxy server: 3.x version - it is MikroTik proxy
Management: CLI (telnet, SSH), GUI (winbox), API (application programmable interface, allowing you to create custom interfaces to the router, there are php, delphi python implementation available (user contributed)), mac-telnet and mac-winbox available
VPN: PPTP, L2TP, IPsec, IPIP, EoIP, OpenVPN

DHCP: DHCP server, client, relay
Monitoring: The Dude tool is available for whole network monitoring and management
