compatibility S+31DLC10D & HP SN3000B

Hi all,
I have the following scenario:

23 buildings, each with a CRS226-24G-2S+RM and 1 central building with HP SN3000B.

I have to join these 23 CRS226-24G-2S+RM with the HP SN3000B through 10Gbit optical fiber links.
The distance is between 2 km and 3 km, depending on the building.

AFAIK, the HP SN3000B is a Fibre Channel switch with 24 SFP+ ports.

1-) Would this switch be compatible with the S+31DLC10D?
2-) Are the CRS226-24G-2S+RM compatible with Fibre Channel SFP+’s?
