I have a brocade 1020 10G network card. I have had these working with brocade DAC cables to network 3 servers but I’ve seen a few stories about these refusing to talk to non brocade equipment. Has anyone had experience of connecting these cards to mikrotik switches (CRS226 or CCR)? Either with brocade DAC cables or with mikrotik DAC cables. I think the mikrotik sfp modules are meant to work in the intel network cards, but they’re a lot more expensive than the second hand brocade cards.
