I recently acquired cCCR1036-12g-4s. I have two ISP’s fiber connection which are connected with media converter then cat5 cable is inserted in mikrotik. I want to direct insert Fiber cable of ISP into CCR. I purchased S-53LC20D and its not compatible. Which sfp module i required to purchase to insert fiber pigtail cable directly in ccr? please see the images

I’m not sure what problem you are talking about. But from the pictures the fiber you get from you ISP has an SC connector and the SFP(+) has a LC connector.
This is quite common, you’ll need to use a cable which has both ends and use couple blocks. So try and find a Single-Mode fiber cable with a SC connector and a LC connector. Then get a SC-SC fiber couple block. Connect it all together and it should work just fine.
What I’m wondering though. Fiber connections use a certain wave length, especially when we are talking about single fiber Full-Duplex connections. The SFP(+) you buy will have to match those exactly and you have to buy the correct side (There are 2 SFP(+) modules which form a pair, they are linked using a send and receive frequency and you need to correct side, so check the GBIC you have and match it).
fiber cable from ISP end cannot be replaced dueto lack of support from there end. I must find an solution to somehow connect (isp) SC connector to CCR. What converters or sfp modules I would be require? can you please name or part no that i can order?
You can use clutch SC-SC http://www.abacus.cz/opticka-spojka-sc-sc-simplex-multimode_i5037549.jpg
and then cable - post above
then you can connect your ISP (SC conector) to CCR with conector LC
Ok I have managed to get this cable with coupler. but he issue is that its showing LINK OK , light on sfp port is also ok, but no data is passing.
(to show LINK OK message on sfp, i have to set it to 1gb manual (no auto negotiate), tried all the options but no luck,
What could be the reason ?
